Our modular service agreements

Want peace of mind beyond a standard warranty? Take a look through our comprehensive service contracts and benefit from the expertise of our professional and reliable service team.

Our modular service packages are based on three levels of service contracts: Bronze, Silver Standard and Gold Standard. On top of that, you can individually select several service levels to create the bespoke service and maintenance you need. This way, you get exactly what you require; whether that means preventive service, training on new equipment or an eight working hour response time.

 

Bronze

  • Training on new equipment

  • Labour and travel costs included

  • Reminder service for preventive service

Silver Standard

Includes all of the benefits of the bronze standard, plus:

  • Spare parts (excluding wearing parts)

  • One preventive service per annum

Gold Standard

Includes all of the benefits of the bronze standard, plus:

  • Spare parts and wearing parts

  • Preventive service twice per annum

  • 10% discount on all print heads

Service Level Agreements

You can also choose one of our five Service Level Agreements (SLA)

  • Preliminary technical investigation and problem analysis – telephone support

  • Preventive hardware maintenance

  • Avery Dennison software maintenance

  • Avery Dennison hardware maintenance

  • Competitors equipment maintenance
