Avery Dennison Cable Tie Tool

This tool is ergonomic, reliable and efficient even in high production environments. This is the basic installation tool used for cable ties.

Operating Method -

1. Pull and turn tension adjusting knob to correct number in window of handle - Set the tension according to the classification of the tie being applied, the higher the tension, the tighter the bundle will be tensioned.
2. By hand:

• Wrap the cable tie around the items to be bundled
• Insert tip through cable tie head and pull snug

• Hold nose of the tool up against the extended portion of the tie next to cable tie head so that it lies in the open slot of the tool
• Squeeze trigger to tighten cable tie to preset tension and cut excess portion. Release trigger and cut portion will eject to the side
